After eating the same food over and over again in India, Gourmet Tan is now confident enough to educate his readers on the traditional food of India.
First of all, we shall study a family of food known as Curry. In Singapore, if you order a bowl of Curry, it will always be a bowl of Curry. But in India the mention of curry is as complicated as trying to debate if the universe was truly created by the Big Bang or by God. Curry takes into a much more different array of flavors in India. Lets take a look at some of the curries.

Mughagal curry

The curries shown above are just the scratch of the surface. There are still 23094 different kind of curries that Gourmet Tan has yet to try.
Now we will look at another family of food known as the staple food. The main staple food in India is Chapatti. The Indians would prefer chapatti over rice, just like how
